LostWagesCalculator.com is a public educational resource that provides statistical estimates of car accident lost wages based on federal crash data from the NHTSA Crash Investigation Sampling System. The Site is published by Sackrin & Tolchinsky, P.A. as an attorney advertisement under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

The calculator outputs are derived from statistical distributions of real crash data. They represent what similarly situated injured workers have experienced on average.
